Lisa Smith is a lawyer with more than 17 years’ experience in a broad range of practice areas including corporate, commercial and compliance law across a number of industries. For the last 6 years, Ms Smith has been working exclusively in the resources sector with mining and exploration companies in her role as principal for a private industry legal services firm as well as corporate governance experience working with ASX listed companies including Westgold Resources Limited.
Ms Smith holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University and Bachelor of Laws from Murdoch University.
