The Nullagine Gold Project is located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, approximately 185km north of Newman.
Novo acquired the Nullagine Gold Project in September 2020 by acquiring Millennium Minerals, a former ASX listed mining company which had operated in the region for almost 10 years.
Gold production from the Nullagine Gold Project is currently sourced from the Beatons Creek Conglomerate Gold Project, with oxide material mining commencing in 2021.
The initial oxide phase of mining at Beatons Creek will end in October 2022. The fresh phase of mining at Beatons Creek will commence in late 2023 or early 2024 following completion of an economic Feasibility Study and granting of mining approvals from the Western Australian government and subject to a final investment decision.
Mineralised material is processed at the 1.8Mtpa CIL Golden Eagle processing facility which is strategically located for our Pilbara tenements. The site has an onsite laboratory, 10MW power station, fully permitted TSF along with a facility to process mechanical sorter products.
The site also has a 230 room camp along with administration offices.
